My answer link doesn't work

Links expire when the question's deadline passes, and are replaced if a fresh one is sent. Open the link anyway — if the question is still open, you'll see a button to email yourself a fresh one. It only ever goes to the address the original was sent to.

I need access to a space

Ask the person who created the space to invite you again, or to send you a shareable link from the space's People page.

A question made me uncomfortable

You can always skip it. You can also mark it “not for us” so it never comes up in that space again, and flag it for our team from the question page.

I want to report something

Use “Report a concern” on any question or answer page, including the no-login answer page. Reports go only to the Touch Base team — not to anyone in your space. If someone is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services.

I want to stop receiving emails

Mute reminders from any answer page, adjust email preferences in your settings, or leave the space from its People page.
